Sean has been in the fitness equipment industry for over ten years providing customer service, repairs, and maintenance. Prior to the fitness industry Sean trained in electronics with the United States Navy where he served as a diver on submarines. He later trained and worked as a commercial pilot. These positions have equipped him with the skills needed to work on the complicated electronics of fitness equipment.
While working with large fitness centers Sean recognized a need for local service that could come immediately and reduce the downtime of fitness equipment. Most often commercial gyms or residential customers are forced to call manufacturers for the specific equipment that needs service. In doing so the customer has long down-times for the equipment and pays a high fee for the manufacturer to send out their technician for repairs. Sean seeks to eliminate the long wait times and costly fees by providing local service that you can trust and depend on. He also believes strongly in preventive maintenance to eliminate the need for repair work or equipment downtime.
